After reading the judge’s comments, I have to say…. I do actually agree!

Today the world lost one of the best new-age soul singers, Amy Winehouse. To commemorate her passing, this Get the Look tutorial will be centered around her iconic look.
When it comes to Amy’s, it’s “go big or go home.” Literally. Big hair, boobs, make-up and tattoos. Not all of us have the ability (or courage) to pull off such a “large” look. Here are some ideas to get a more tame and tailored classic pin-up style.
The idea and use of the red sole heel was NOT invented by Louboutin. Instead, it was first used all the way back in the 1969 by Valentino to match his red dresses. It wasn’t until 1992 when Louboutin started using their now iconic look!

It must be a sign of the Apocalypse! Lady Gaga was spotted arriving in NYC wearing somewhat normal clothes! She wore an YSL skirt, Chanel sunglasses and Louboutins.

The Olsen twins collaborated with TOMS to bring you…. CASHMERE TOMS! They are currently available for three times the normal amount for TOMS at $140 to $150. This seems like a very bizarre business move for TOMS and a little hypocritical.
What do you think? Would you buy cashmere TOMS?
DAY SIX
Time: 15 minutes
Products: 1″ curling iron, 2 bobby pins, hairspray, headband, round brush, hair tie
Usually my look is edgy, so I wanted to try something a little softer.
1. Start by curling all of your hair.
2. Take the back portion of your hair and using a round brush, backcomb your hair. Spray with hairspray, then carefully run the edge of a regular brush over the teased hair to smooth.
3. Pin the teased hair into a poof in the back.
4. With a hair tie, pull your hair into a sloppy bun. Make sure the bun is a little off to the side.
5. Carefully put on your headband. (Secure with bobby pins if needed.)
6. Pull a couple of pieces of hair out from the front, re-curl, twist and tuck back under the headband.
For all ‘Arry Pottah fans worldwide, the end has come with the release of the final movie — “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows, Part 2.” But for Emma Watson, fashion style transcends and rises above the ending credits. For the premiere, Emma completely rocked the red carpet with her perfect poise, intense make-up and stunning gold Bottega Veneta gown.
So many twists this season! Here are some deets from Lifetime.com…
In a “Project Runway” first, during the premiere episode, 20 designers must go in front of Heidi, Michael, Nina and Tim to make a case why they deserve one of the 16 coveted spots this season. Once they are chosen, the 16 designers barely have a chance to celebrate before being awoken at the crack of dawn with one of the toughest first challenges in the series’ history.
DAY FIVE
Time: 10 minutes
Products: 1″ curling iron, 2 bobby pins, hairspray
This is one of my favorite looks because it is so simple, yet elegant at the same time! A perfect day-time look that can easily be taken into a night-time look with a little more volume and heavier make-up.
1. Start by curling your hair in 1″ wide strands. (If you are not good at curling your hair or don’t know how to, check out Lauren Conrad’s awesome video tutorial here.)
2. Take strands of hair on each side of your head. Twist the strands towards your head.
3. Secure in the back with 2 bobby pins. Finally, spray with hairspray.
